These are always a top favourite of many, owing to more than one reason. In addition to being super delicious, they are incredibly convenient when you want to have a whole load of nutrition down your system in just a few gulps!
For the working folks whose lives are more or less like a marathon every day, and who also have to deal with fussy eater kids, smoothies and juices always turn out to be a life-saver! Simple Loaded Snacks
Just like smoothies, you can try and prepare or have prepared simple, interesting, and healthy snacks to which all the good stuff like fruits and nut can be added. Oatmeal cookies or gluten free banana muffins/bread are a couple of examples. It could get boring at one point eating your fruit and veggies the same way, every day. Adding them to quick and interesting recipes of items that could be stored certainly isn’t a bad idea at all!

Stock Up and Store
One big reason why you do not get to eat healthy regularly could be because you don’t have the stuff available all the time. When this happens, you naturally tend to lose the motivation, and the discipline you’ve been practicing with your diet could get disrupted.
This is why you would always make sure you stock up on the stuff you enjoy eating, and carefully store the items that are convenient to eat on a daily basis. Having the stuff in your refrigerator and on your shelves all the time will ensure you do not miss a serving.
